RESERVATION CANCELLATION.

1. In case a customer cancels his reservation partially or completely, he is changed cancellation

forfeit as follows:

A. Cancel within the day indicated in the reservation from. Cancellation forfeit amounts to 100

per cent of all reserved rooms cost per 1 day.

B. Cancel within the period 3 days before the date indicated in the reservation from and check-in time.

Cancelation forfeit amounts to 20 per cent off all reserved rooms cost per 1 day.

C. Cancel within the period from 3 to 5 days before the date indicated in the reservation form and

check-in time. Cancelation forfeit amounts to 10 per cent of all reserved rooms cost per 1 day.

D. Cancel earlier than 5 days before the date indicated in the reservation from and check-in time.

Cancelation forfeit is not taken.

2. In case a customer arrives late, he is charged for the term passed since the time of arrival indicated

in the reservation form, but not more than for 1 day.

3. In case a customer arrives later (without preliminary notification) tlian 1 day after tlie reserved date,

his reservation is considered null and void and he is charged forfeit payment which amounts to 100 per

cent of all reserved rooms cost per 1 day. In tlus case the hotel administration provides accommodation

for Ilim upon condition that vacant rooms are available at the hotel ONLY.

4. In case if a reservation is canceled and a customer provides confirmation that he had not arrived due

to reasons independent of him (late arrival of airplane, train, etc.), lie is charged nothing for cancellation
