REFUSALS FOR ACCOMMODATION.

The hotel administration reserves the right not to accept orders for accommodation in the following cases:

1. When there are no vacant rooms available.

2. When the hotel reservation form is filled out not completely.

3. When the hotel is not in operation due to a calamity or an accident, when the hotel facilities are not in operation, etc.

4. When a customer suffers from serious infectious disease and it can be identified at a glance.
